Meredith Bird, MSW, SWC

Case Manager

Meredith’s lifelong passion for serving others has taken her on a journey full of the surprising and unexpected. Along the way, those experiences have played a significant role in developing a firm belief in the strengths and indispensable value and worth of all individuals. She has worked in a variety of settings and believes that each person she has encountered is unique and deserving of every opportunity possible to achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.

She attributes her successes and accomplishments to her natural empathy and compassion, self-motivation, and commitment to giving 110% in every situation that calls for her attention. The biggest contribution, however, is the circle of family, friends, and loved ones who form her own personal cheerleading team (without the synchronized routines), and she celebrates their support and investment just as much as her own dedication. She strives to provide the highest quality service possible to her clients, and she believes that the best way to do so is to work collaboratively; she is always seeking to work alongside her clients and help them to discover their own process of healing and growth.

Meredith is a graduate of Fordham University’s Master of Social Work program and is a licensed Clinical Social Work Candidate in the state of Colorado. She is pursuing her DVOMB approved provider and Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) certifications in addition to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Aside from doing what she loves as a clinician, Meredith enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and playing with her cats, Callista and Momo. Coming from a family of storytellers has also fostered a love for reading, writing, photography, and filmmaking.
